Not to be overlooked on the upcoming UFC 202 pay-per-view (PPV) card on Aug. 20 live from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Light Heavyweight title challenger Anthony Johnson will aim to lock down another shot at gold with a win over Brazilian slugger Glover Teixeira.
As one of the most vicious knockout artists in recent memory, "Rumble" has made a living at 205 pounds by slinging hard leather and asking questions later. His offensive aggression has landed him knockout victories over Alexander Gustafsson, Ryan Bader, Jimi Manuwa and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira. As a matter of fact, Johnson has won just two professional fights via decision since 2012, meaning he has done most of destruction before the final bell goes off.
Leading up to his UFC 202 showdown with Teixeira, who is coming off a first-round knockout victory over former UFC Light Heavyweight champion Rashad Evans at UFC on FOX 19, Johnson discussed his most dangerous offensive weapons on the latest edition of UFC's "Signature Moves," which can be seen above (courtesy of UFC).
If Johnson can land effective shots to Teixeira's chin in the early going of their UFC 202 co-main event tilt, it may be a short night for the resurgent Brazilian.
UFC 202 will be headlined by a rematch between Nate Diaz and UFC Featherweight champion Conor McGregor.
