UFC 202 video: Watch full Conor McGregor press day workout

Even in the midst of training for his rematch with Nate Diaz at UFC 202 on Aug. 20 live on pay-per-view (PPV) from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) superstar Conor McGregor took some time yesterday (Fri., Aug. 12, 2016) to meet with media and get down to business.

The UFC Featherweight champion took over 30 minutes to answers questions of all shapes and size (click here to view), including his take on Diaz entering UFC 202, his budding feud with the WWE universe, Jon Jones and Brock Lesnar's failed PED tests, the construction of his new gym and more. After that, McGregor took to the cage for a 30-minute workout in front of eager onlookers (shown above, courtesy of MMA Fighting).

After losing to Diaz via second-round submission back at UFC 196, McGregor's training habits and specific routine has been called into question. He may have tagged Diaz countless times to begin their first fight, but the Irishman ended up tiring to the point of no return. Leading up to UFC 202, McGregor has made it known that he's getting back to basics and plans on lasting all five rounds in the rematch (if it is required).

For what it's worth, McGregor looked loose and ready to go in the above workout video.
