UFC 202 video: Joe Rogan lists Donald Cerrone's 'Ultimate 8' performances

Fight fans from around the world will tune in for UFC 202 on Aug. 20 live on pay-per-view (PPV) from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, to see Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Featherweight king Conor McGregor square off with resurgent Lightweight star Nate Diaz. It is arguably the biggest rematch in promotional history and easily the most anticipated main event bout of 2016.

With all of the buzz surrounding McGregor and his bid to redeem a losing effort opposite Diaz at UFC 196 this past March, mixed martial arts (MMA) standouts like Anthony Johnson, Glover Teixeira and Donald Cerrone have not gotten their due leading up to UFC 202. As key ingredients to the PPV main card, these UFC title contenders have much to offer on a night draped in Irish colors.

UFC color commentator Joe Rogan recently sat down to pay tribute to Cerrone leading up to UFC 202 and list his "Ultimate 8" performances inside of the Octagon (shown above, courtesy of UFC). From split-second head kick knockouts to suffocating submissions, "Cowboy" has done it all as a member of the Lightweight and Welterweight divisions.

If Cerrone can get past the ultra-durable Rick Story at UFC 202 he will take one step closer to title contention at 170 pounds. With a vast skill set capable of ending a fight at anytime, Cerrone may very well become the first fighter to finish "Horror" by way of strikes.
