"It would be huge. But I'm not trying to force it. It's something I work a lot on, and I've been feeling more natural in every fight. I feel I'm connecting more. It's just a matter of time, and I wouldn't be surprised if it happened in this fight."
-- Throughout his near decade-long mixed martial arts (MMA) career, Wilson Reis has yet to obtain a win via knockout. Sure, the jiu-jitsu black belt has plenty of submission wins to his credit, but a win via strikes has always eluded him. As he recently told MMA Junkie, Wilson has been working on improving his striking at Alliance MMA ahead of his first-ever UFC title fight against Flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson -- which is set to go down at UFC 201 on July 30, 2016 in Atlanta, Georgia (details here). And while Reis is adamant he isn't going to force the knockout victory, he tells everyone to no be surprised to see him take out the champ via strikes. It will be hard to do, as Johnson has proven to be one of the most elusive fighters in the game today. But can Wilson land that one punch that ends "Mighty Mouses's" longstanding title reign?
