UFC 199 hits The Forum in Inglewood, Calif., this Saturday evening (June 4, 2016) with plenty of bad blood in tow. The main event sees Luke Rockhold defend his Middleweight title against late-notice challenger -- and former victim -- Michael Bisping, while Dominick Cruz and Urijah Faber square off in a rubbermatch for the Bantamweight belt.

The rest of the PPV main card card includes a Featherweight clash between Max Holloway and Ricardo Lamas, a Middleweight slugfest between Hector Lombard and Dan Henderson, and many more excellent match ups.

Let's see if we can squeeze some profit out of them:

UFC 199 Odds For The Undercard:

Brian Ortega (-265) vs. Clay Guida (+225)
Beneil Dariush (-185) vs. James Vick (+160)
Jessica Penne (-150) vs. Jessica Andrade (+130)
Cole Miller (-185) vs. Alex Caceres (+160)
Sean Strickland (-110) vs. Tom Breese (-110)
Jonathan Wilson (-220) vs. Luiz Henrique da Silva (-220)
Elvis Mutapcic (-120) vs. Kevin Casey (EVEN)
Polo Reyes (-120) vs. Dong Hyun Kim (EVEN)

Thoughts: The undercard is actually fairly fertile ground this time around. Jessica Andrade, Cole Miller and Tom Breese all seem like solid investments.

Jessica Penne vs. Jessica Andrade is a fight between a natural Atomweight and a woman who managed to hold her own at Bantamweight. Though Penne is a terrific ground artist, her striking defense is woeful at best and her wrestling has been hit-or-miss against larger opposition. Barring weight cut issues, "Bate Estaca" should beat the snot out of Penne on the feet and she’s more than capable of holding her own on the mat.

Miller is about as bad a match up for Caceres as you could dredge from the middle of the 145-pound division. Not only does he have a four-inch height advantage and the long jab to use it, he’s a far better grappler and has the edge in overall striking acumen. He’s a good parlay stuffer, as I fully expect him to dominate "Bruce Leroy."

Sean Strickland is enormously talented, but there just seems to be something missing. The man is bizarrely passive at times, letting rounds slip through his fingers even when his opponent is doing everything in their power to drag a fight out of him. Breese is taller and packs not only sneaky power, but the grappling skill to hold his own on the mat. The Brit ought to be a larger favorite, so take advantage of that.

Dong Hyun Kim could be worth a look as well just based on Reyes’ submission losses and lack of professional experience. Don’t go crazy, though.

UFC 199 Odds For The Main Card:

Luke Rockhold (-900) vs. Michael Bisping (+600)
Dominick Cruz (-550) vs. Urijah Faber (+425)
Max Holloway (-320) vs. Ricardo Lamas (+260)
Hector Lombard (-360) vs. Dan Henderson (+300)
Dustin Poirier (-220) vs. Bobby Green (+180)

Thoughts: Not too many pick-ems here, are there?

Dustin Poirier could be worth a look just based on Green’s inability to look good in victory and his massive layoff. Holloway is a safe investment as well thanks to his excellent counter-wrestling and significant striking edge. I'm not seeing any tempting underdogs, unfortunately, but you can still make some dosh off the main card.

UFC 199 Best Bets:

  • Parlay -- Cole Miller and Max Holloway: Bet $60 to make $61.20
  • Single bet -- Jessica Andrade: Bet $60 to make $78
  • Parlay -- Tom Breese and Dustin Poirier: Bet $40 to make $71.20
  • Single bet -- Dong Hyun Kim: Bet $20 to make $20

Lots of gums have been flapping and many of those will be rather firmly shut this weekend -- hope you're watching with us when they do.
