Before Rory MacDonald faces off against Stephen Thompson in the main event of UFC Fight Night 89 on June, 18 2016 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada take a trip back to see "Red King" shine in his younger days.
In fact, we're going to go back five years to see MacDonald knockout Mike Pyle in the very first round back in 2011 at UFC 133.
Since taking out Pyle, Rory has gone on to rack up a 6-2 record inside the Octagon, both of his losses coming at the hands of current UFC Welterweight champion, Robbie Lawler.
He'll look to earn a potential third shot against "Ruthless" when he faces off against Stephen Thompson in his home country of Canada. Of course, it won't come easy, as "Wonderboy" is looking for his first-ever shot at UFC gold, as well.
