Trump 2016: UFC champ Miesha Tate gives credit to Donald Trump for denouncing Ronda Rousey (Video)

When former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey was laid out by Holly Holm at UFC 193 back in November, longtime nemesis Miesha Tate publicly celebrated the end of the "Rowdy" reign of terror.

Complete with expletives.

But "Cupcake" wasn't the only one to pour salt on the open wound, as 2016 presidential candidate Donald Trump went on social media to express his satisfaction in watching Rousey go to sleep after eating a barrage of strikes from "The Preacher's Daughter."

See his tweet here.

While Tate would not go so far as to say she supports the real estate tycoon, she's definitely in favor of having a Republican take over the White House (putting an end to this conspiracy theory). And things just got a little easier for "The Donald" now that Ted Cruz called it quits and went back to his MMA training.

Sounds like Tate finally has something in common with UFC President Dana White.
