Paige VanZant a no-go for UFC 200 thanks to 'Dancing with the Stars' duties

But don't worry, she's not trading in her gloves to become a full-time dancer.

The remaining slot on the upcoming monumental UFC 200 pay-per-view (PPV) event -- which is set to go down on July 9, 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada -- is still open.

That's because strawweight sensation Paige VanZant's plans no longer include lobbying for a chance to compete on the historic card due to her ongoing duties on ABC's "Dancing with the Stars."

And since she's been absolutely KILLING IT it from day one and is now the favorite to win it all, her management team told MMA Fighting that "12 Gauge" will instead focus on that, instead of getting ready for a fight this summer.

"After thinking about it, the show is taking up a lot of her time," Roberts said. "She wants to have time to improve and get better, so we decided to postpone her return to about late-August."

Yeeeah baby!

Despite her bloody loss to Rose Namajunas last December, Paige has been a media sensation with appearances on "DWTS" and "Good Morning America." So it's no surprise to anyone that Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) would want to have her on the biggest card of the year.

UFC 200 currently features a much-anticipated championship rematch as Daniel Cormier defends his light heavyweight strap against interim titleholder Jon Jones in the headlining act (details). Also, Miesha Tate will look to retain her women's bantamweight title when she faces off against Amanda Nunes.

Plus, Frankie Edgar and Jose Aldo will vie for the interim featherweight title and a shot against division kingpin, Conor McGregor.
