The two biggest stars on the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) roster -- Conor McGregor and Ronda Rousey -- recently took part in a photo shoot for the promotion which had everyone riled up.
That's because Conor, for one, has been keen on pulling his promotional weight as of late -- which got him pulled from UFC 200 -- and Rousey, for the most part, has been content with lurking in the shadows following her knockout loss to Holly Holm last year.
However, the two box office behemoths squared off for the cameras, and we have the photographic evidence via @hungry_awesome on Twitter:
The tweet has since been deleted.
Of course, the fact that Ronda is eying a return to action at UFC 205 this November in New York and Conor McGregor's return on hold for the time being, could possibly mean that the two are set to headline the company's first-ever event at Madison Square Garden.
So could it be that the duo is getting a jump start on the promotional part of the game?
UFC head cheese Lorenzo Fertitta did promise to pull out all the stops for what he promised to be a "massive" event, and it doesn't get any bigger than "Rowdy" and "Notorious" on the same card.
They won't be fighting each other, obviously, which means a staredown is unnecessary. Alas, if you look closely, the shoot appears to be from an upcoming Bud Light commercial.
