UFC 199: BJ Penn vs Cole Miller booked for June 4 with Dennis Siver hurt

Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight and welterweight champion, BJ Penn, has a new opponent for his featherweight debut at the upcoming UFC 199 pay-per-view (PPV) event, locked and loaded for June 4, 2016 inside The Forum in Los Angeles, California.

That's because Dennis Siver was forced to withdraw from their "City of Angels" clash with an undisclosed injury, paving the way for The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 5 veteran Cole Miller -- who opposed the Hawaiian for Team Pulver way back in 2005 -- to step in and take his place.

Penn (16-10-2) briefly retired after his technical knockout loss to Frankie Edgar in July 2014. It was his third straight defeat and "The Prodigy" has just one win since 2009. Miller (21-9, 1 NC), meanwhile, is trying to get back into the win column after the eye poke of doom last December on FOX.

UFC 199 features a five-round middleweight championship main event as Chris Weidman tries to win his title back against Luke Rockhold, who stripped it from the "All American" at UFC 194. In the UFC 199 co-main event, Dominick Cruz and Urijah Faber finally settle their longstanding rubber match.
