Amanda Nunes says she's better than UFC champion Miesha Tate everywhere

Without Ronda Rousey in the picture, the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) women's Bantamweight division is open for the taking.

While current champion Miesha Tate certainly has a leg up over the entire division, she isn't a perfect fighter. After all, "Cupcake" has been beaten numerous times throughout her career by way of knockout, submission, and decision. However, she has gotten significantly better since her last Octagon loss opposite Rousey at UFC 168.

Tate's next opponent, Amanda Nunes, will do whatever it takes to become champion when the two meet at the highly-anticipated UFC 200 pay-per-view card on July 9 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

"I think Miesha as a fighter has a lot of holes in her game," said Nunes at a UFC 200 press conference in New York City on April 27. "The standup, ground game … I have all the tools to beat Miesha. I’m gong to show you guys. She’s beatable. If I take my time, I’m going to beat Miesha. Standup, ground game, whatever. UFC 200, it’s coming."

To many, the brash Brazilian seems like she's getting in over her head. But in reality, Nunes is one of the more well-rounded fighters at 135 pounds, and has done nothing inside of the Octagon to make fans believe she can't become champion.

"I have all the tools to beat you Miesha – I’m going to show everybody," added Nunes. "You think you’re going to beat me. You think it. We’ll see."

UFC 200 will be headlined by a Light Heavyweight title rematch between current champion Daniel Cormier and former kingpin Jon Jones.
