When the acting is good, it's often tough to differentiate between an April Fool's prank and reality, especially in a sport as unpredictable as mixed martial arts (MMA).
So when current Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Middleweight contender Michael "The Count" Bisping and MMA legend Bas Rutten got into it on a recent edition of Inside MMA, the video cameras were sure to capture every moment.
The heated back-and-forth exchange can be seen above and it was spectacular to say the least.
Unfortunately, Bisping and Rutten were in fact engaging in an epic April Fool's joke that could easily find its way onto the silver screen. Kudos, to Ron Kruck for playing it off as a concerned co-host.
Bisping has been known to verbally slay anyone standing in his way of making a point, but Rutten may be one of the last on-air personalities the Englishman would want to antagonize. Because even at 51 years of age, the Dutchman is still one of the baddest dudes on the planet.
