Watch the incredible video highlights from UFC 196 last night!

Bombs, both of the pugilistic and "F" variety will be dropped before, during and most likely after the conclusion of UFC 196, which takes place this Saturday night (March 5, 2016) at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Featherweight champion Conor McGregor will pack on 25 pounds to battle Nate Diaz in the non-title Welterweight pay-per-view (PPV) main event. In addition, women's Bantamweight champion Holly Holm looks to establish her reign against eternal contender Miesha Tate, her first title challenger.

Elsewhere on the PPV main card, Gian Villante squares off with Ilir Latifi and Amanda Nunes faces Valentina Shevchenko in a potential No. 1 contender eliminator match.

It may not have its incredible original main event, which was supposed to feature McGregor against Lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos, but it's still a damn fine card. Here's how to turn your PPV purchase into a net profit.

UFC 196 Odds For The Undercard:

Brandon Thatch (-310) vs. Siyar Bahadurzada (+255)
Erick Silva (-230) vs. Nordine Taleb (+190)
Vitor Miranda (-310) vs. Marcelo Guimaraes (+255)
Chas Skelly (-150) vs. Darren Elkins (+130)
Jim Miller (-140) vs. Diego Sanchez (+120)
Jason Saggo (-210) vs. Justin Salas (+175)
Julian Erosa (-220) vs. Teruto Ishihara (+180)

Thoughts: Skelly being that small of a favorite is just absurd. "The Scrapper" basically does everything Elkins does, but better. Indeed, he is a better takedown artist and finisher on the mat, and his takedown defense is probably better as well. Elkins has come up short every time he’s stepped up in class and hasn’t looked great in any of his wins since the Chad Mendes beating.

In short, Skelly is the best value on the card; hell, I consider him enough of a lock to break my usual "don’t put the same guy in two different parlays" rule.

Pickings are a bit slim on the underdog side of things outside of Teruto Ishihara, whose big power and atypical striking style seem well-suited to ruining the lanky Erosa’s day. It’s a shame "Yashabo" hasn’t stayed above +200, but I say he’s still worth a look.

UFC 196 Odds For The Main Card:

Conor McGregor (-430) vs. Nate Diaz (+380)
Holly Holm (-345) vs. Miesha Tate (+285)
Ilir Latifi (-210) vs. Gian Villante (+175)
Corey Anderson (-310) vs. Tom Lawlor (+255)
Amanda Nunes (-150) vs. Valentina Shevchenko (+130)

Thoughts: It seems like the bookies aren’t totally convinced of Gian Villante’s staggering mediocrity yet, so let’s take advantage before they wise up. Latifi’s wrestling is more than sufficient to shut down Villante’s takedown game and the Swede’s power is way more than Villante’s iffy chin can handle.

Stick "The Sledgehammer" in a parlay and reap the rewards.

Holly Holm may seem prohibitively favored, but parlaying her with Skelly gives positive odds. Tate, for all her recent improvement, is every bit as bad as Ronda Rousey when it comes to fighting in a straight line and leading with her face. I can’t imagine "Cupcake" accomplishing much besides eating left hands to the jaw and chasing futile double-legs all night.

Long live the queen!

UFC 196 Best Bets:

  • Parlay -- Chas Skelly and Ilir Latifi: Bet $40 to make $58.40
  • Single bet -- Teruto Ishihara: Bet $25 to make $45
  • Parlay -- Chas Skelly and Holly Holm: Bet $60 to make $69

When two egos this big collide, only one can survive. See you Saturday, Maniacs!

Remember that will deliver live UFC 196 results on fight night, which is as good a place as any to talk about all the action inside the Octagon, as well as what you've got riding on the sportsbook.

Initial Investment For 2016: $200
Current Balance: $163.35
