Canadian knockout artist Steve Bosse wasted no time making his case for a potential post-fight performance bonus when he took to the cage during the UFC Fight Night 85 main card tonight (Sat., March 19, 2016).
The light heavyweight bruiser from Tristar Gym traded punches with fellow heavy-hitter, Australia's James Te Huna, inside Brisbane Entertainment Centre. For much of the first minute, "The Boss" was patient, gauging the distance to land his haymaker of a right hand.
Bosse, 34, took advantage of a mistake on the part of the Aussie, sleeping him with a clean right hand that shut the lights off for good. Te Huna was handed a crushing defeat as he fell face first down to the mat.
Bosse picks up his first UFC win and moves to 11-2 overall, while Te Huna drops his fourth straight. He also loses his fourth straight in the Octagon.
