It appears the former lightweight and welterweight champion is also unimpressed with the recent comments in defense of Conor McGregor (like these), after "Notorious" tried -- and failed -- to move up to 170 pounds at the UFC 196 pay-per-view (PPV) event earlier this month in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Penn is riding the pine until this serious accusation is investigated. The Hawaiian announced his UFC comeback last month and plans on making a run at the featherweight title with the help of Greg Jackson.
