Yandav (6-2) is a former Super Fight League title challenger, who emerged as one of the country's top lightweight contenders during a period when the Indian MMA scene was buoyant. He's been out of action for a few years, but will be making his comeback against a UFC veteran.
Tommy Hayden (8-3), featured briefly on The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 9 and went on to sign for the UFC, appearing twice inside the Octagon. He has been working as a school teacher in Thailand, but will return to the cage this weekend to take on one of India's finest.
The event also sees FMD bantamweight champion Kritsada Konsrichai (2-2) drop down a division to face newcomer Pakorn lsarat in a flyweight fight. Meanwhile, Thailand's Veerayuth Uttapan (2-1) faces Cambodia's Thai Rithy (4-1) in the featherweight division.
