Miesha Tate vs Holly Holm fight: UFC 196 'Fifth and Final Round' video

Miesha Tate and Holly Holm collided for the women's bantamweight belt at the UFC 196 pay-per-view (PPV) mixed martial arts (MMA) event back on Sat., March 5, 2016, inside MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Their showdown was determined in the championship rounds, with Holm likely holding a slight edge on the judges' scorecards if she could last the full 25 minutes. Tate would not allow her, though, sinking in a rear-naked choke and finishing Holm with just 90 seconds remaining to claim her first-ever UFC title.

It was an incredible comeback, one worth looking back on to see -- and hear -- what was going through the minds of each fighter in the video above.

It will be interesting to see if "The Preacher's Daughter" can get a rematch at UFC 200 -- as requested -- which depends on the pending return of former 135-pound queenpin "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey, who is currently doing work in Tinseltown.
