Highlights! Diego Rivas lands perfect flying knee to knock out Noad Lahat during UFC Fight Night 82 prelims

Ok that was like Chris Tucker in the film Friday levels of knockout. Gaw-dayum!

Israeli fighter Noad Lahat looked to be in cruise control in round one of his UFC Fight Night 82 prelims fight on Fox Sports 1 against Chilean fighter Diego Rivas, using his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to completely outclass his opponent.

"Neo" nearly secured two submissions in the first round, first by mounted guillotine choke and then with an arm triangle from side mount. Most MMA media watching gave Lahat the first round by a 10-8 margin in what was beginning to look like the start to an easy night for him.

But the second round changed all that in a flash. Just 23 seconds into the second stanza Rivas landed an absolutely brutal flying knee, sending Lahat tumbling to the mat unconscious, where he remained for several minutes.

The flying knee was bizarrely the second knockout of that type in Lahat's career. The first came against Brazilian Godofredo Pepey at UFC Fight Night 38.

With the win, Rivas maintains his perfect mixed martial arts record of 7-0. Lahat falls to 9-2.
