Mario Yama-sucky? Dana White buries UFC 'Pittsburgh' ref for 'Cowboy' (non) call

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) President Dana White doesn't have Steve Mazzagatti to kick around anymore.

Well, at least not in Pittsburgh, scene of last night's (Sun., Feb. 21, 2016) UFC Fight Night 83 mixed martial arts (MMA) event, which took place on FOX Sports 1 from inside CONSOL Energy Center in the heart of "Steel City."

Instead, White opted to slam main event man-in-black Mario Yamasaki, who didn't seem in any big hurry to rescue Alex Oliveira from a triangle choke in his five-round welterweight main event. Fortunately, Donald Cerrone was there to save the day.

Much to the chagrin of the promotion's head cheese.

See how the ending unfolded here.

This isn't the first time Yamasaki has been on the hot seat for his officiating (sample). His most famous misstep, however, came in the form of his disqualification of Erick Silva at the UFC 142 pay-per-view (PPV) event back in 2012 (details).

Hey, happens to the best of 'em.
