Anderson Silva releases video of 'unskilled' Michael Bisping accidentally face-kicking pad holder

The lesson here, according to former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva, is that if you spar with UFC Fight Night 84 opponent Michael Bisping, it's probably best to dress up like one of Dandy Dan's henchmen in Bugsy Malone.

These two will do the deed later this month when they headline UFC "London" on Feb. 27, 2016, which airs exclusively on UFC Fight Pass from inside The O2. Their five-round main event marks the return of "arrogant" Silva after more than a year on the sidelines for his drug-related disciplinary suspension.
