Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) featherweight veteran Jeremy Stephens continues to try his damnedest to get himself into all the big fights these days, even it if means stepping in for his teammates.
Turns out “Lil’ Heathen” — who trains with Dominick Cruz at Alliance MMA — went after UFC 207 co-headliner Cody Garbrandt after “No Love” got lippy at the official weigh ins (results here). To the point where it disrupted UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Amanda Nunes as “Lioness” was about to hit the “Sin City” scale.
A clip of the backstage chaos (off screen) below:
This is what I could see when the 'brawl' broke out! The first thing you see is security bolting out the door to the hallway pic.twitter.com/IfyBE09r03

Hopefully video of the actual scuffle comes out later today.
Garbrandt will challenge “Dominator,” the reigning bantamweight champion, in the five-round co-main event, taking place this Friday night (Dec. 30, 2016) inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada (results here). That’s assuming we can make it between now and then without another incident.
