Knockout! Gegard Mousasi vs Uriah Hall 2 video highlights - UFC Fight Night 99

In an ultra-important middleweight rematch, former Strikeforce light heavyweight champion Gegard Mousasi met Uriah Hall inside of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Octagon earlier today (Sat., Nov. 19, 2016) at UFC Fight Night 99 exclusively on Fight Pass from inside the SSE Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Hall had won the previous meeting between the two at UFC Fight Night 75, finishing Mousasi via second-round TKO (spinning back kick).

With relative ease, Mousasi was able to close the distance on Hall, grab him against the cage and drag him to the canvas. Once there, the surging middleweight battered "Prime Time" with heavy ground-and-pound before the referee jumped in for the first-round stoppage.

The video highlights from Mousasi's post-fight interview can be seen above courtesy of UFC.

With this win, Mousasi earns his fourth-straight victory in a crowded middleweight division. Considering former champion Chris Weidman is no longer in the title picture and Luke Rockhold is currently nursing an injury, Mousasi may end up getting a well-deserved title shot sometime in 2017. Ronaldo Souza could be next for "The Dreamcatcher."
