UFC 204 video: Gegard Mousasi clowns Conor McGregor, says he'd 'jab Michael Bisping all night'

Gegard Mousasi picked up another big win at UFC 204, taking out Vitor Belfort via strikes in round two of their co-main event fight at last night's (Sat., Oct. 8, 2016) pay-per-view (PPV) event in Manchester, England (see it again here).

But, I get the feeling "Dreamcatcher" will still feel "underrated", as he took to the mic during the post-fight presser (video here) to express his displeasure and not getting the love in order to move up the rankings.

As he put it, perhaps if he follows Conor McGregor's lead and throws bottles and brags about how much money he has, things will change in his favor. He also took the time to put middleweight champion Michael Bisping on notice.

"Well, I think I've been underrated throughout my whole career. I don't know, maybe because I'm from Holland and people don't care. I don't know, maybe throw some bottles at someone's head and then people are going to notice me. I fight Michael Bisping with his performance tonight; I like Michael Bisping, but you guys know that I can beat him. I will beat Michael Bisping. I will jab his face the whole night, easy. McGregor is good for he sport, but Muhammad Ali is a hero, Besides a great boxer, he was, he did big things. But now you have Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather (saying) 'I have money, I have money.' And everybody loves it, that sells, people are stupid. What can I say, they don't know who is a real fighter or not, they just like to see expensive stuff on Instagram."

The win over Vitor was Gegard's third straight in the highly-competitive Middleweight division.

Perhaps a fight and win over Anderson Silva -- which is what he called for next -- will be just what Mousasi needs in order to start getting the love and appreciation he feels he deserves. He's already taken out one Brazilian legend, can he do it to another?
