If you're still doubting Gina Carano's decision to leave mixed martial arts (MMA) career behind way back in 2009 for the bright lights of Hollywood, don't
"Conviction" has quietly built up a nice acting resume thanks to her recent appearances in blockbuster hits such as "Fast and Furious 6" and other mid-level production action flicks such as "Heist" and more recently "Extraction."
The former face of women's MMA will hit the big screen one more time, as she earned spot in the highly-anticipated "Deadpool" movie as "Angel Dust," which is slated to hit theaters on Feb. 12, 2016.
In the lead-up to the comic-based action flick, the marketing department has been shelling out numerous clips. And the latest one feature none other than Carano doing what she does best: Knocking "Colossus" on his ass.
Gina is currently working on more films, which always makes fans wonder if one Ronda Rousey will ever fully follow in Carano's footsteps and bolt for "Tinseltown" for good.
