UFC 191 open workout video: Frank Mir pounds the pads during 'Pitbull' preparation

Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) heavyweight champions, Frank Mir and Andrei Arlovski, will throw down at the upcoming UFC 191 pay-per-view (PPV) event, which takes place this Sat. (Sept. 5, 2015) inside MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Mir (18-9) resurrected his mixed martial arts (MMA) career -- again -- after firing off back-to-back knockout victories over Antonio Silva and Todd Duffee. But he'll need to keep those hands sharp against the power-punching Arlovski (24-10, 1 NC), who also worked his way back to the big show via wins over Brendan Schaub, Antonio Silva, and Travis Browne.
