Erik Koch returns, fights Drew Dober at UFC 195

It's been well over a year since we last saw Erik Koch, and considering his dismal 1-4 run over his last five fights, the time off probably did him some good.

Now, the former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) featherweight No. 1 contender -- who returned to the lightweight division in 2014 -- makes his way back to the Octagon to battle fellow 20-something combatant Drew Dober.

When and where?

The upcoming UFC 195 pay-per-view (PPV) event, which takes place on Jan. 2, 2015 inside MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Koch (14-4) is coming off a technical knockout loss to Daron Cruickshank at UFC Fight Night 40, while Dober (15-7) was choked out by Efrain Escudero at UFC 188 back in June. Considering their recent performances, it's hard to not call this a "must win" for both competitiors.

Who ya' got?

UFC 195 will be headlined by the welterweight title fight pitting Robbie Lawler against Carlos Condit. No other bouts have been announced for the "Sin City" fight card, but you can expect that to change sooner, rather than later.
