Somebody tell Philipe Lins to invest in a mosquito net.

It's unfortunate timing for Lins to catch a case of dengue fever, forcing him out of his Light Heavyweight tournament reserve bout against his original opponent, Francis Carmont. But, that's exactly what happened.

Carmont will now collide with Roy Boughton in the one-night, four-man 205-pound tournament at Bellator 142: "Dynamite 1" this Saturday night (Sept. 19, 2015) inside SAP Center in Sacramento, California.

Carmont was riding high after moving up to Light Heavyweight and winning his first bout since leaving Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), while Lins had only suffered one loss in his professional career, falling to Kelly Anundson due to a knee injury.

On paper, it was an ideal bout if Bellator needed the winner to be a replace either Phil Davis, Emanuel Newton, "King Mo" Lawal or Linton Vassell.

Boughton (12-5) -- who is in the midst of a two-fight win streak -- could now potentially have to fight twice in the same night on super short notice, which is asking quite a bit from "Black Dynamite" ... or any other fight for that matter. Boughton most recently finished former World Series of Fighting (WSOF) fighter Dave Huckaba via knockout late last month.

In addition, GLORY has announced that Serhiy Adamchuk (29-5, 14 KO) will meet Muay Thai world champion Anvar Boynazarov (79-20-2, 45 KO) in a fight to determine the top GLORY Featherweight title contender. Bellator MMA and GLORY have joined forces for "Dynamite 1" to deliver a one-of-a-kind mixed martial arts (MMA) and kickboxing hybrid showcase.
