Coach: Fedor Emelianenko an 'easy fight' for Jon Jones

"I have not even spoken to Jon about it, but looking at how, you know, Fedor's fights towards the end of his career [went], I think unless he changed something, I think it's an easy fight for Jon."

If former PRIDE FC heavyweight champion Fedor Emelianenko was submitted by Fabricio Werdum and knocked out by Dan Henderson, then he would probably get murdered Jon Jones, if and when "The Last Emperor" ever stepped foot inside the Octagon to challenge the currently-exiled "Bones." That's according to striking coach Mike Winkeljohn, who would love to see Emelianenko return, but doesn't think the soon to be 39-year-old Sambo champ has much to offer this generation of mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter, and that includes the new-and-improved Andrei Arlovski. Of course, this argument is pointless if Emelianenko -- who announced his combat sports return just last month -- decides to sign with Bellator MMA or some regional promotion in Russia. I guess we'll just have to wait and see...
