Mayweather vs Berto 'All Access' video, Episode One

Like it or not, it's happening.

We're just two weeks away from Floyd Mayweather's "final" fight against Andre Berto inside MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. And Showtime has set out to generate some hype with the first episode of its "All Access" series.

MMAmania will deliver LIVE coverage of "Mayweather vs. Berto," starting with the Showtime pay-per-view (PPV) at 8 p.m. ET on Sept. 12, 2015.

I'm not going to lie to you -- I couldn't watch this. Even Liev Schreiber's dulcet tones can't ease just how insulting the show's defense of Andre Berto as an opponent was.

Berto is 3-3 in his last six, with clear decision losses to Victor Ortiz and Robert Guerrero and a brutal knockout loss to journeyman Jesus Soto Karass. He was losing his last fight on two scorecards against Josesito Lopez -- an overblown 140-pounder -- before catching him in the sixth round.

Calling him an underdog with "power and nothing to lose" is completely meaningless. He's not anywhere near the biggest puncher Floyd's faced in recent memory. Hell, I'd call him Floyd's easiest challenge since Carlos Baldomir in 2006.

Anyway, if you feel like being lied to, the video's up there.
