Tensions were High between fight camps as Patricky and Saad Awad signed posters for This fridays #Bellator141 , as Bellator World Champ Patricio Pitbull caught the eye of possíble title contender Georgi Karakanyan , They have been going back on forth on Twitter and their twitter beef carried over into Bellator check In Room . Needless to say fireworks ensued. Saad step up to calm down his training partner , Patricky Pitbull got riled up. Joinha and Bellator oficials served as arbitrators . Leandro Higo as ref. Friday the cage closes on Spike TV and Pitbull and Saad will get after it at Bellator141 co-main event and Patricio Pitbull vs.Georgi will have be at a later date as he can't look past another war with former champion Daniel Strauss . Neither of the two men involved in this fracas are fighting on Friday night (Aug. 28, 2015) at the Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, California, but they undoubtedly wish they were.
Ostensibly each man involved in this NSFW video was just there supporting someone else. Patricio Freire alongside his older brother Patricky, while Georgi Karakhanyan backed friend and training partner Saad Awad.
The co-main event of Bellator 141 is Patricky Freire vs. Saad Awad, but the younger Freire and Karakhanyan have been beefing over social media, as Karakhanyan was supposed to get a rematch with Patricio in June (he lost their first encounter in 2011) but he had to pull out of their title fight do-over due to a knee injury.
Needless to say when these two finally do get their long awaited rematch, it will be a heated battle.
