Video: Ray Longo on training Chris Weidman, Al Iaquinta, UFC in New York, and more

Longtime mixed martial arts (MMA) trainer Ray Longo, who helped orchestrate two of the greatest upsets in Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) history (Matt Serra knocking out Georges St. Pierre at UFC 69 and Chris Weidman stopping Anderson Silva at UFC 162), talked to MMA Noise about his recent success.

And what about the "All American" champion?

"You know I think they realize [how big Chris Weidman is] when it's too late, when they're looking across (the cage). He's huge. He's a huge 185'r and he's strong, he's talented, and he's young. What else do you want?"

Weidman (13-0), who was last seen beating the brakes off Brazilian nemesis Vitor Belfort at UFC 187 in Las Vegas, Nevada, will defend his 185-pound strap opposite another big middleweight when he squares off against Luke Rockhold later this year (more on that fight here).
