Move over War Machine, you could be getting some company in the big house.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Octagon Girl Brittney Palmer was allegedly attacked by her husband Aaron Zalewski last month in Los Angeles, California, when a domestic dispute turned violent and according to a report from TMZ, nearly fatal.

In docs obtained by TMZ Sports ... LAPD says things got physical when they wrestled for her phone -- Zalewski noticed she was recording the argument, and during the struggle he threw Palmer, and she hit her head on a bedpost.

Brittney told cops Zalewski yelled, "Pack your f**king bags and go!" -- but wouldn't let her leave. She says he threw her down again -- pinning her face down on a mattress, with his knee in her back. She says she struggled to breathe for 2 minutes while he held her down.

The couple tied the knot back in 2014.

Zalewski, 34, was arrested on June 12 and charged with attempted murder, spousal battery, and criminal threats but was released on $1 million bail. He is expected to appear before the judge later today (July 8, 2015) in Los Angeles Municipal Court.

Expect more details to emerge on this developing story in the coming days.
