Happy Fourth of July from MMAmania.com!

As Independence Day hits the United States, barbecues will be fired up, brews will be shared, fireworks will light the sky and the Kardashians still have a television series. Oh, and current Ultimate Fight Championship (UFC) Featherweight champion Jose Aldo is in quite a bit of pain.

Before the stars align for a massive UFC 189 pay-per-view (PPV) on July 11, 2015, in Las Vegas, Nevada, featuring the recently instituted interim featherweight title match-up between No. 1 contender Conor McGregor and Chad Mendes (because of this Aldo broken rib), the combatants on the fight promotion's roster spent some time soaking up the sun of summer this fourth of July weekend.
