UFC 190 live stream results: 'Rousey vs Correia' play-by-play updates

We recently crowned a king of the bantamweights, and now it's time to ordain a queen.

Reigning women's 135-pound champion Ronda Rousey will meet undefeated challenger Bethe Correia in the UFC 190 mixed martial arts (MMA) pay-per-view (PPV) event, which takes place this Saturday night (Aug. 1, 2015) inside HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

That's not all.

The hometown crowd will be privy to a couple of local favorites as both Nogueira brothers, as well as Mauricio "Shogun" Rua and Antonio "Bigfoot" Silva, will all be in action on a fight card that includes a pair of finales for The Ultimate Fighter (TUF): "Brazil 4."

Round 1: Ronda storms forward, winging right hands. They trade rights in the clinch and Ronda trips her up. Correia rolls through. Rousey hurts her with a sequence of punches, then lands a one-hitter-quitter right hand that lands on the temple and makes Correia faceplant.

Round 1: Both men light on their feet to start the fight. Body kick from Shogun. Another body kick connects for him. 1-2 from Nog. One minute in. Short uppercut from Nog. They exchange at close range, Shogun landing with the right hand. Nog clinches and presses Shogun against the fence. Knees from Nog, who just misses with a left on the break. Two minutes in. Nog connects with a right hook in an exchange. Leg kick by Nog. Both swing in close. Two minutes to go.

Right hand from Shogun, head kick blocked. Heavy body kick produces a cringeworthy sound. Nog rattles shogun with a left to the temple and Shogun tries to fire back. Nogueira battering Rua. Shogun with his back on the fence, weaving and firing bombs back. Shogune's legs aren't there. A knee rattles Nogueira and he backs off. Shogun tries a takedown and Nog grabs the front headlock. Round 1: They trade low kicks to start off. Bruno wades in with wild punches. Leg kick exchange and Bruno shoots. Franca lands a knee and sprawls, working towards his back. Bruno turns him and shoots in again. One minute in. Franca fighting off the takedown so far, gets brought down. Franca stands, Bruno stays attached to him. Two minutes in. Knee from Bruno. Bruno drops for a single-leg, Franca shrugs him off and shoots in himself. Franca hits an ankle pick near the fence. Two minutes to go.

Franca looking to scoot Bruno away from the fence. Bruno on his rear, stands while Franca gets the rear waistlock and drags him down again. Franca looks for the back. Bruno dislodges the hook and looks to turn into him. One minute in. Franca changes levels and dumps him again. Hes looking for the back once more, gets a hook in and works for the choke. Round 2: Low kick from Franca, then a head kick attempt. To the outside this time. They tie up and Franca moves him to the fence; he looks like the stronger man by a fair margin. Round 3: Low kick from Franca, then a body kick. Bruno wings some tired-looking punches and looks for the takedown. Franca in full matador mode. Bruno stuffs a shot and drives Franca to the fence. Bruno takes him down and takes Franca's back. He nearly gets the choke, only for Franca to reverse and eventually get the rear waistlock. One minute in. Bruno with some good left hands. Bruno just wading forward. He hits a takedown, Franca pops up. Two minutes in. Bruno pressing him against the fence. Franca gets over-unders and fires a knee that goes low. Franca drills him with a knee up top on the restart and Bruno shoots. Franca stuffs it and drives for a takedown, can't get it and both land left hands. Bruno landing, both men gassed. Franca runs the pipe and sets up in guard, dropping elbows. Bruno looking to stand, Franca takes the back with a minute to go. Glaico unable to secure the choke, but finally locks it up with less than thirty seconds left.

Round 1: Vieira lands an overhand right and Lopes drills away with uppercuts inside. They trade at close range for some time. One minute in. Very tentative after the frantic start. Check hook from Lopes, lead right by Vieira. Lopes shoots in and Vieira jumps guard on a guillotine. Lopes completes the takedown against the fence. He passes to side control, safe from the choke. Vieira turns into him and Lopes jumps guardon a guillotine of his own. It looks nasty but Vieira manages to get his head free. Good knee and right by Vieira. They trade some hard shots until Vieira shoots in. Lopes snatches another guillotine and jumps guard with it. Vieira gets his head free and Lopes works to his feet. Two minutes to go.

They jockey for position on the cage. Vieira tries a front headlock and they separate. Body shot by Vieira. Check hook from Lopes. One minute to go. Head kick by Lopes, but Vieira's landing some heavy punches on a tiring Lopes. Body kick by Vieira, 1-2 lands. Overhand right cracks Lopes. Counter left by Dileno, than another. Lopes' eye is bleeding. 10-9 Vieira.

Round 2: Low kick from Lopes. Lead right by Vieira knocks him back. Counter hook lands for Lopes. One minute in. Straight right lands for Vieira. Body kick from Lopes, then some hard punches. Another body kick. Lopes is clearly the more tired of the two. Body shot lands for him, Vieira lands a leg kick. Two minutes in. Both land right hands, after which Lopes lands a sweeping left. Body kick by Lopes after a brief lull. Another body kick backs Vieira off. Hard counters by Vieira but Lopes lands some heat of his own. Body shot and combination from Dileno land. Round 3:The fighters embrace to start the round. Body shot from Vieira after some low kicks. Stiff jab from Vieira. Another hard low kick by Reginaldo. Lopes checks the next kick. One minute in. Lopes blocks a head kick. He tries a knee-tap that he can't complete. Straight left and another for Lopes as he pursues. Well-timed takedown and Lopes is on top in guard. Two minutes in. Half guard now. Vieira turns into him and Lopes trues another guillotine. This one looks tight, but Vieira looks to be surviving. Two minutes to go.

Lopes continues to squeeze, producing a torrent of blood from Vieira's face. He manages to get out and Lopes starts firing elbows. Both men whacking each other, Vieira on top. One minute to go. Vieira landing good hammerfists. Lopes elbowing from his back but getting the worst of these trades. Full Donkey Kong ground-and-pound until the bell. Hell of a scrap. 10-9 Vieira.

Final result: Vieira def. Lopes by unanimous decision

265 lbs.: Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira vs. Stefan Struve

Round 1: Nog pops him with a left hook and clinches up against the fence. Over-under for Nogueira. Knees from Nog. They jockey for position and Nog looks for an outside trip, which he can't get. Nog changes levels for a high-crotch, can't get it either. Struve looking for the plum. Nog separates and gets rattled by a straight right. Nog ties up once again. Two minutes in. More knees to the leg and bodies from Nog until Struve makes distance. Big straight right by Struve and Nog again takes him to the fence. Struve defends a takedown and waves Nog up when he pulls guard. Two minutes to go.

Struve lands a knee to the body. They clinch again briefly. Low kick by the Dutchman. Nog cracks him with a few punches as he enters the clinch yet again. Struve separates, eats a few more punches while looking for the Thai plum. One minute to go. Struve flicking out front kicks. Right hand by Nog. Low kick from Struve, body shot from Nog. Nog moves into the clinch again and lands a left on the break. Low kick by Struve. One more clinch before the bell. 10-9 Nogueira.

Round 2: Low kick from Struve. Once again. Nog cracks him with a combination as he ties up again. Struve reverses position on the fence, Nog reverses right back. One minute in. Round 3: The front kick to the body has been working well for Struve. Head kick attempt. Both land right hands and Nog shoots in. He briefly drags Struve down on the fence, can't keep him there. Round 1: Palelei shoots early, catching a leg as Bigfoot throws a knee. Soa pressing him against the fence. Bigfoot defending well so far. One minute in. Palelei separates. Bigfoot stuffs another takedown. Bigfoot tries a front kick. Soa pops him with a double jab. Bigfoot stops a level change and presses Soa against the fence. Two minutes in. Soa defending the takedown. Two minutes to go.

Knees to the thigh from Bigfoot. Soa hits a throw, landing on top in half guard. Short punches from the Tongan. Bigfoot looking for deep half guard. Elbows by Palelei. One minute to go. Short flurry by Palelei. Solid punches by Soa. Strong end to the round for "The Hulk". 10-9 Palelei.

Round 1: Very active start. Good knee from Gadelha. left hand lands for the Brazilian, then a left hook. Gadelha is getting the better of the striking at the moment. One minute in. Check hook lands for her, then a combination that backs JAG off. Low kick from JAG. Both women landing punches, though nothing game-changing yet. Body kick from the Brazilian. Right hand pops Aguilar. Left hook, knee to the head. Two minutes in. Gadelha in control of the striking and seems to be the bigger hitter. 3-2 lands. Low kick by Aguilar. Good uppercut by Gadelha, Aguilar lands a combo. Gadelha's jab has been landing. Two minutes to go.

Gadelha looking to counter with knees. Low kick from Aguilar. 3-2 by Gadelha, counter right as JAG tries to retaliate. One minute in. Gadelha shoots in and easily takes Aguilar down, putting in a hook on the turtling Aguilar. Both hooks in. No real pursuit of the choke until the bell. 10-9 Gadelha.

Round 2: Left hook lands for Gadelha right away, as does the next sequence of punches. Looping right stings Aguilar and forces her to retreat. Gadelha ties up against the fence. Aguilar looks for knees to the body. Gadelha slams her down into side control, then gets the seatbelt grip. One minute in. Aguilar makes it to her feet, turns around and knees the body, pressing Gadelha against the fence. Gadelha answers. More knees by Aguilar. Gadelha turns her around and lands a kne of her own. Aguilar separates. Two minutes in. Gadelha clearly the harder puncher. Aguilar shoots, stuffed but lands knees to the body. Good jabs from Gadelha. Rigth from Aguilar, Gadelha lands in return. Two minutes to go.

Right by Aguilar, then a left uppercut and leg kick. Overhand right and jab from Gadelha. Gadelha controlling the standup with her jab at the moment. Lead uppercut from the Brazilian. One minute to go. Aguiler landing a few strikes, especially the leg kicks, but she's outgunned on the feet. Overhand right from Aguilar. Counter right from Claudinha. Gadelha hits a blast double before the bell. 10-9 Gadelha.

Round 3: Lead left hook from Gadelha, then another left hook connects. Aguilar throwing, but getting mroe than she gives. Leg kicks from JAG. More low kicks from Aguilar. Gadelha not doing anything to check these. One mintue in. Hard right hand and left hook from Gadelha. Right cross by JAG. Aguilar shoots in and takes Gadelha to the fence. She's looking for a single-leg. Nice elbow on the exit, Claudia lands a right on the break. More low kicks by Aguilar. Two minutes in. Bod kick by Gadelha. Aguilar stuffed. More low kicks by JAG, counter right lands for her. Gadelha's jab continues to work. 2-3 by Gadelha. Two minutes to go.

Round 1: Maia shoots in right away, tripping Magny down near the fence and immediately taking mount. Magny avoids the mounted triangle and regains half guard. Back to mount. One minute in. Ground-and-pound by the Brazilian. Magny manages to get half guard back. Maia nearly takes mount, can't do so. Two minutes in. Maia continuing to land blows as Magny clings to half guard, avoiding a few pass attempts. Magny nearly gives up his back. Two minutes to go.

MAia gets mount once again and drops hammerfists. Ground-and-pound continues, including some solid elbows. One minute to go. Magny manages to regain half guard, Maia passes back to mount quickly. S-mount attempt for Maia. Maia returns to standard mount and keeps punching. Magny clings to him and gives up S-mount. Maia locks up the armbar but can't break his grip before the bell. 10-8 Maia.

Round 2: Magny advancing, Maia puts him on his back inside ten seconds. Maia looking for mount, settles for side control. Magny looking for an inverted triangle, loses it. Mount for Maia once again. One minute in. Magny on his side, nearly gives up his back but regains half guard. Back to mount. Maia postures up and Magny gives up his back. One hook in for Maia. Two minutes in. Body triangle now for Maia. Maia sneaks an arm on the chin and works to cinch it up. It doesn't look like it's under the chin, but it doesn't need to be as Maia earns the tap. Dominant performance by the veteran.

Final result: Maia def. Magny by submission (rear-naked choke)

205 lbs.: Rafael Cavalcante vs. Patrick Cummins

Round 1: Low kick from Feijao to start. Cummins answers, then lands a left hand after faking a shot. Feijao gets taken down after trying a wheel kick. He scrambles up with Cummins attached on the fence, then grabs said fence. Cummins hoists him up and slams him down, but can't keep him there. One minute in. Knees to the thigh by the American. Another lift and near-takedown. Again. Feijao tries a spinning elbow that just misses. Cummins gets him down to his knees. Two minutes in. Knees to the body from Cummins, who slams him down again and cracks him with a knee when they stand. They separate back to the center. Straight right by Feijao. Cummins avoids an uppercut and gets the rear waistlock, working towards the back. Two minutes to go.

Another takedown for Cummins, Feijao pops back up and they split. Feijao just misses with a right, eats one from Durkin. Stiff jab and overhand from Feijao. Cummins' eye is swollen and he eats another right. Feijao might be gassing. One minute in. Cumming takes him to the fence. Feijao pushes him off and misses with a spinning back fist. They trade jabs, right from Cummins. Bell, 10-9 Cummins.

Round 2: Cummins shoots in from far out, plowing through an uppercut to do it, and takes Feijao to the fence. That uppercut opened a cut over Cummins' right eye. They separate. Right hand by Faijao. Counter right from Durkin, who hits a blast double into guard. One minute in. Short shots from Cummins, nice backfist from Feijao. Faijao not controlling his posture. Two minutes in. Cummins mixing up to the body and head. Good punches from Cummins, huge upkicks from Feijao. Feijao's toes are now drenched in blood. Two minutes to go.

Elbows by Durkin. Mario Yamasaki pauses the fight to check out his eyes, doctor gives them the okay. Feijao lands another good upkick and separates. Clinch. One minute to go. Hard right hand and knee by Cummins knock Feijao's mouthpiece out. Feijao is visibly gassed. Cummins shoots in and dumps Feijao, dropping hammerfists on the turtling Brazilian. Round ends with a few punches right to the back of the head. 10-9 Cummins.

Round 3: Cummins shoots right away and takes Feijao down on the cage. Full guard, Cummins uses the can opener and puts Cavalcante to sleep with nasty elbows.

Final result: Cummins def. Cavalcante by KO (elbows)

170 lbs.: Warlley Alves vs. Nordine Taleb

Round 1: Alves catches a low kick and takes Taleb down early. Side control for Alves, now half guard. Taleb doing a good job on defense. One minute in. Not much ground-and-pound from the Brazilian. Taleb scrambles up. Two minutes in. Stiff jab from Taleb. Alves falls short with a right hand and head kick. Alves forces him back and lands a right hand. Two-punch combo from the Canadian. Good right by Alves. Two minutes to go.

Overhand right drops Taleb and Alves pursues. Taleb circling and seems to have his wits back. Taleb shoots, can't keep him down. 1-2-3 from Taleb. One minute to go. Taleb catches a low kick, can't use it and shoots in. Knee to the body against the fence. Good knees from Taleb. Elbow on the break from Taleb before the bell. 10-9 Alves.

Round 2: Both men taunting early, mostly Alves. Taleb tries a head kick, as does Alves. Low kick from Warlley, then a right cross inside. Talb catches a leg kick, can't bring him down but ties up. Alves can't hit a throw. Low kick from Taleb, Alves catches a body kick and takes top position. One minute in. Half guard for Alves. Elbow from Alves. Really not much going on here. Two minutes in. Alves stands over him and tries to drop a right hand before going back down into half guard. Good left hand lands. Two minutes to go.

Taleb regains butterfly guard, then looks for a leg. Alves gets his leg out and latches onto a front headlock. Taleb gets his head out and Alves presses him against the fence. Taleb reverses. Left hand by Taleb. Alves lands a kneee to the body. One minute to go. Taleb changes levels and Alves immediately snags a guillotine, pulling guard and earning the tap in a hurry.

Round 1: Alcantara comes out winging front kicks and power punches early. Cartwheel kick attempt. Good knee by Alcantara, who sprawls on a shot. Alcantara working for an inverted triangle. One minute in. Issa takes top position and Alcantara works for a Kimura. Iuri can't kick him off and Issa takes top position after getting his arm free. Half guard for Issa. Two minutes to go. Issa landing some elbows. Issa nearly past the guard, takes top position. Alcantara trying to turn into him. Two minutes to go.

Round 3: Issa and Alcantara hug to start he round. Check hook from Issa as he eats a body kick and straight left. Issa shoots, Alcantara hits the switch. Issa pulls deep half guard. Round 1: They meet in the center early. Hester shoots in against the fence and manages to take Miranda down. Miranda scoots to the fence and works to stand while Hester looks to take the back. One minute in. Good left hand by Hester, who takes half guard. Miranda gets to his knees. The Brazilian stands and Hester drags him back down. Miranda makes it up and sprawls on Hester, taking top position on the fence. Half guard for Miranda. Miranda unloads with a heavy series of punches. Two minutes to go.

More good punches by Miranda. Hester's bleeding from above his right eye, eats a pair of massive left hands that he takes well. One minute to go. Another heavy punch by Miranda. Hester weakly tries to shrimp out. Miranda lands a few more good shots before the bell. 10-9 Miranda.

Round 2: Hester still pressing forward, winging big punches and shoots in on the fence. Miranda working his way back up, does so and separates. Good low kick from Miranda, then a jab. Another pair of low kicks, Hester tries a wheel kick. One minute in. Hester shoots, Miranda sprawls and whacks the body. The Brazilian scrambles up. Hester separates when caught in the plumb. Both men jabbing. Intercepting knee decks Clint Hester and Miranda pounds away, looking for the finish. Two minutes in. Miranda gets the giftwrap and pounds away with elbows until Herb Dean steps in.

Round 1: Lots of feints early on. Cannetti tries a high kick. Counter left and switch kick land for the Brazilian. Cannetti tries a wheel kick and Viana takes him down. Cannetti tries to attack the leg, but is too low and Viana tries a toe hold. One minute in. Guido in turtle position, Viana whacks him with hammerfists and looks for the back. Cannetti makes it to his feet and manages to press Viana against the cage. Viana tries an inside trip and reverses position on the fence. Midway through. Good knees to the body from Guido. Cannetti defending takedowns well. Two minutes to go.

Cannetti gets outside position on the fence and lands some more knees to the body. The ref separates them and they return to the center. One minute to go. Both men fall short with kicks. Superman punch attempt by Viana. Running body kick from Viana, Viana takes Guido down off a front kick and they scramble. Cannetti lands a spinning back kick to the body before the bell. 10-9 Viana.

Round 2: Hard low kick from Cannetti. Cannetti rocks him with a head kick and trips Viana down when he ties up. Side control for the Argentinian. Viana regains guard. Ground-and-pound lands for Cannetti. Viana trips him up, stands, and shoots in. Viana completes a single-leg, can't keep him down and gets pressed against the fence. Bodylock takedown by Cannetti, who lets Hugo up. Two minutes in. Spinning back kick to the body from Viana, who appears to be tiring. Cut kick by Viana and he takes Cannetti to the fence, eating a knee to the body. Two minutes to go.

Viana changes levels, can't bring him down. The ref separates them before long. Counter lefts from Cannetti and Viana takes him down in response. Full guard. One minute to go. Hammerfists and punches from Viana. He's getting some good leverage behind these shots. Viana ends the rounds with some solid blows. 10-9 Viana.

Round 3: Body kick from Viana; these guys are keeping a huge amount of distance between them. Viana ducks a head kick and shoots in, taking him to the fence. Viana changes levels after eating a knee to the body. One minute in. Viana hits a trip, Cannetti scrambles up with the whizzer and Viana presses him against the cage again. Good knees by Cannetti. Two minutes in. Viana looks to answer. Cannetti makes space and they return to the center. Cannetti lands a body shot and takes Viana down on the fence. "Wolverine" pops back up. Two minutes to go.

Bodylock for Cannetti. The ref separates them after about forty seconds. Cannetti scores another takedown and Viana stands back up again. One minute to go. Cannetti hits another takedown and passes to half guard. Viana tries to stand until the bell. 10-9 Cannetti.
