We're just days away from the upcoming UFC on FOX 16 mixed martial arts (MMA) event, locked and loaded for this Sat. night (July 25, 2015) inside United Center in Chicago, Illinois.

That's where TJ Dillashaw defends his 135-pound title against Renan Barao, while Miesha Tate tries to stop Jessica Eye from advancing to a bantamweight title shot. As expected, both main and co-main event contests were featured prominently in episode one of UFC on FOX 16: "Embedded."

It also includes my two favorite things in life: Barbecues and "Cupcakes."
