Video: Watch Thomas Almeida score insane flying knee knockout over Brad Pickett last night at UFC 189

Look out!

UFC Bantamweight Thomas Almeida (20-0) landed an absolutely vicious flying knee out of nowhere on Brad Pickett (24-12) in the first fight of the UFC 189 pay-per-view (PPV) in Las Vegas, Nevada, last night (Sat., July 11, 2015).

The spine-chilling, dynamic second round finish seemingly set the tone for the rest of the evening.

After enduring what appears to have been a very difficult opening round in which he was dropped twice by his opponent, Almeida rebounded to hit the flying knee just 28 seconds into the second stanza to pick up what turned out to be a "Knockout of the Night" performance.

With the win, Almeida remains perfect (3-0) inside the Octagon and is clearly emerging as one of the most talented up-an-coming 135-pound prospects on the promotion's roster. Pickett, meanwhile, drops his dreaded third fight in row.
