Paige VanZant vs. Alex Chambers in the works for UFC 191 on Sept. 5

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is making room for the ladies at the upcoming UFC 191 pay-per-view (PPV) mixed martial arts (MMA) event, scheduled for Sept. 5, 2015 inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

That's where Paige VanZant is expected to meet fellow strawweight Alex Chambers, according to MMA Sucka.

VanZant (5-1) has looked virtually unstoppable in back-to-back fights under the ZUFFA banner. After smashing Kailin Curran last November, "12 Gauge" put the screws to longtime veteran Felice Herrig at UFC on FOX 15, her third straight win.

Not bad for just 21 years old.

Chambers (5-2) is 15 years her senior, but also holds a victory over Curran. The win for "Astro Girl" evened her UFC record at 1-1 after getting submitted by Aisling Daly in her Octagin debut. The Australian also made a successful pit stop in Invicta before crossing over to ZUFFA.

No other bouts have been announced for the UFC 191 event, but that's likely to change in the coming weeks, if not days.
