UFC Fight Night 69 live results stream

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is making its long-awaited return to Deutschland for the upcoming UFC Fight Night 69 mixed martial arts (MMA) event on UFC Fight Pass, locked and loaded for this Saturday (June 20, 2015) inside O2 World Arena in Berlin, Germany.

Headlining the "Jedrzejczyk vs. Penne" fight card is UFC Strawweight Champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk as she defends her newly-won strap against top 115-pound contender and former Invicta FC queenpin Jessica Penne. In addition, Tatsuya Kawajiri returns to featherweight action to scrap with local hero Dennis Siver.

All that and so much more.

115 lbs.: UFC Strawweight Champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk vs. Jessica Penne

Round 1: Jedrzejczyk on the front foot. Stiff jab connects. Right hand lands for the challenger. Good combinations by the champ, including body shots. Penne shoots, pressing her against the fence. One minute in. Penne fighting for a head-and-arm throw, Jedrzejczyk gets out and cracks her with an elbow and punching combination. Penne ducks a left hook and clinches, taking the champ down but failing to take her back. Two minutes in. Penne working for an outside trip. Knees to the body. Jedrzejczyk frames her face and cracks her with an elbow before separating. Two minutes to go.

Penne ducks an overhand and again takes the champ to the fence. Jedrzejczyk frames, avoids the takedown, and waves Penne up. Nice right hand drops the challenger. Jedrzejczyk pounding away, Penne shoots in and Jedrzejczyk sprawls. One minute to go. Penne on her back, the champ standing over her and kicking at her legs. Penne starts to scoot after her before being ordered up. The champ cracks her with a left hook, but falls victim to a head-and-arm throw at the bell. 10-9 Jedrzejczyk.

Round 2: Low kick from Jedrzejczyk to start, then a 1-2 to the body. The champ's hands are much, much faster than Penne's. 1-2 from Penne. Check hook and right uppercut as Penne rushes in to tie up. Jedrzejczyk grabs the rear waistlock. One minute in. Penne tries a throw, can't get it and blocks a head kick. Hard front kick from Jedrzejczyk. Nasty right hand kicks off a combo that ends with a low kick. 1-2 from Penne. BIG elbow busts Penne's nose open and Jedrzejczyk marches after her, unloading with punches. Penne ties up and fights for a takedown. Penne shoves her off and lands a glancing head kick. Penne bleeding badly and continuing to take punches from the relentless champion. Two minutes to go.

Nasty counter right, now knees and elbows from the Thai clinch. Head kick blocked. 2-3, left hook. Stiff jab, then another pair of right hands. Jedrzejczyk unloading on the fence. Penne ties up, eats a body kick for her trouble. 2-1 connects. 2-3, teep to the body. Low kick. Knee to the head, elbow, and another flurry. Penne ties up and manages to survive the round. 10-8 Jedrzejczyk.

Round 3: 1-2-3 connects for the champ. Stiff jab snaps Penne's head back. Penne slips after having a kick caught. 1-2-3 lands again for the champ. One minute in. Penne briefly tries a takedown, lands a right hand. Counter right and a block kicked back the challenger off. Low kick trade. Teep by Jedrzejczyk. Nice left hook connects. Penne shoots from way out, Jedrzejczyk forces her to stand. Two minutes in. 1-2-3 . Body shots and a low kick by the champ. Flying knee attempt and Penne presses her against the fence. Jedrzejczyk cracks her with a short elbow and Penne backs off. Two minutes to go.

Body jab, low kick. Another low kick. High kick blocked. More low kicks by the champ. Two short elbows and a punching combination by the champion. One minute to go. BBIG overhand right rattles Penne and a hard knee convinces the referee to step in and end the beating.

Final result: Jedrzejczyk def. Penne by TKO (strikes)

145 lbs.: Tatsuya Kawajiri vs. Dennis Siver

Round 1: Kawajiri coming out active with wild strikes. Front kick lands. High kick attempt, Siver just misses with a check hook. Spinning backfist attempt from Kawajiri. Counter right connects for Siver. Kawajiri gets in on a single-leg. Siver defending well, so Kawajiri takes him to the fence. Ninety seconds in. Kawajiri lifts, can't get him down and they separate. Low kick by Siver. Kawajiri's looking sloppy and eats a right hook. Two minutes in. Kawajiri tries to change levels, eats a left hook. Kawajiri shoots in on a single-leg, can't get it. Switch high kick attempted. Spinning back kick from Siver. Two minutes to go.

Kawajiri again looking for the single-leg. Kawajiri digging deep to get in in his hips. Siver slips out. One minute to go. Kawajiri rushes in and lands a left hand before again latching onto a leg. Siver defending with the front headlock. Kawajiri pressing him against the fence, manages to take him down and hops down into guard. Time runs out before he can get anything done. 10-9 Siver.

Round 2: Kawajiri tosses out a high kick. Siver fighting on the counter. Kawajiri with a lunging right to the body, runs into a spinning back kick. Spinning backfist from Crusher. Low kicks from Siver.  One minute in. Kawajiri attempts a spinning backfist. Siver stuffs another takedown. Kawajiri catches a front kick and moves Siver to the fence. Two minutes in. Kawajiri in on his hips and downs him near the fence. Siver scoots his back to the fence. Short left hands from the Crusher. Kawajiri puts him on his back and takes half guard. Two minutes to go.

Siver regains guard. Kawajiri hops over into half guard. Working to pass, nearly in mount but stymied by Siver's shin. One minute to go. Elbows from Kawajiri. Mount now. Siver elevates and kicks him off, but Kawajiri stays glued to him and ends the round in guard. 10-9 Kawajiri.

Round 3: Both men still light on their feet. Glancing spinning backfist from Kawajiri. Siver stufffs a shot, but  Kawajiri shoots again and takes him down on the fence. Siver threatening with a guillotine. Kawajiri pops his head out after moving to half guard. One minute in. Siver scrambles up. Lead right lands for him. Siver tries a spinning back kick. Kawajiri tries a wheel kick and lands a glancing front kick to the body. Kawajiri wades in with punches and a scramble ensues. Kawajiri fights off a takedown and shoots in himself. Siver defending well. Siver fishing for a guillotine. Two minutes to go.

Kawajiri still driving and takes him down yet again. This time, Siver's got the guillotine. Kawajiri passes to half guard and he's out of danger. Siver regains guard but loses the grip. One minute to go. Kawajiri staying tight. Good elbows by the Japanese veteran. Nice shots landing in the waning seconds of the fight. Solid scrap. 10-9 Kawajiri.

Final result: Kawajiri def. Siver by unanimous decision

170 lbs.: Steve Kennedy vs. Peter Sobotta

Round 1: Sobotta opens with a leg kick. Very aggressive early, lands some straight shots on the fence. He's on the front foot, running in with low kicks and punches. Good body kick. Counter right just misses. One minute in. Sobotta hits a takedown with ease, landing in half guard. Kennedy sweeps his way up and shoots in. Sobotta defending on the fence. Sobotta turns him with an underhook and works towards the back. Two minutes in. Sobotta slaps on the body triangle and works for the choke. Sobotta cinches it up and earns the tap before long.

Final result: Sobotta def. Kennedy by submission (rear-naked choke)

155 lbs.: Nick Hein vs. Lukasz Sajewski

Round 1: Low kick from Sajewski. Again, then a counter left by Hein. Sajewski ties up on the fence, Hein circles off and gets free. 2-1 from Sajewski. Hein slips on a kick and Sajewski rushes, prompting some jockeying on the fence. One minute in. Hein defends a trip with the whizzer. Good knee to the body as Sajewski moves him around the fence. Sajewski with a knee on the exit. Two minutes in. Hein whiffs on a 1-2. Lots of feinting at range. Left hook from The Wookie. Hein cracks him with a right uppercut. Two minutes to go.

Sajewski fires a knee and Hein uses it to take him down. Sajewski avoids getting his back taken by Hein still has the rear waistlock. Hein separates. Sweeping left hand connects for him. Superman punch by Sajewski. 1-2 by the German. Once again. Counter left just misses. Round ends with Hein circling. 10-9 Hein.

Round 2: Counter right from the Pole early. Body kick by Hein. Low kick connects. Sajewskki wades in, runs into some counters and some fun exchanges ensue. One minute in. Hein whiffs on a straight left, Sajewski comes up short with rights. Lead left connects for the German. Two minutes in. Counter uppercut by Sajewski. Nice short shots by Sajewski in the clinch. Hard counter overhand left by Hein. Low kick, left hand from Hein. Two minutes to go.

Sajewski misses badly with a spinning backfist. Hein lands a glancing left, eats a right hand and attempts a trip. Hein pressing Sajewski against the fence, exits with a left. One minute to go. Hein low kick. Hard 1-2. Left straight, right uppercut. Sajewski struggling at range. 10-9 Hein.

Round 3: Nice 1-2 from Hein early on. Superman punch from Sajewski. Hein low kick. One minute in. Sajewski tries a knee. Hein pops him with a left hand as they exit the clinch, might have stuck a finger in there. Yep, definitely an eye poke. Sajewski's back before long. Hein tries to go high, lands a 1-2. Counter left, then again as Sajewski presses forward. Low kick from the Pole. Lead left hand catches him after he tries to blitz. Low kick exchange. Two minutes to go.

Good jab by the German as Sajewski tries to advance. A pair of thudding left hands connect on the weaving Pole. 1-2s from Hein. Check hook knocks Sajewski off-balance. One minute to go. They trade inside, right hand lands for Sajewski. Body kick. Nice counters from Hein, Sajewski pops him with a left hook on the break. Another swatting hook connects, Hein answers with a combination. 10-9 Hein.

Final result: Hein def. Sajewski by unanimous decision

145 lbs.: Makwan Amirkhani vs. Masio Fullen

Round 1: Amirkhani shoots in off a Fullen knee and brings him down. Mr. Finland immediately takes the back, one hook in. It's not long before Amirkhani has the choke locked up. One minute in. Fullen doing a good job of surviving, but it's not long before Amirkhani forces the tap.

Final result: Amirkhani def. Fullen by submission (rear-naked choke)

155 lbs.: Alan Patrick vs. Mairbek Taisumov

Round 1: Front kick from Patrick, who shoots in immediately. Taisumov fights it off on the fence, where the Brazilian clinches up. Patrick tries a sacrifice throw, can't get it and Taisumov escapes via the front healock. KNee to the  body by Patrick. One minute in. Patrick uses that kick once again, leans into a knee from Taisumov and tries a spinning back kick. Two minutes in. Patrick lands a kick to the groin, they restart right away. Taisumov runs into a thumb and he looks quite bothered. "Beckan" insists he's good to continue and they go back at it. Body kick by Taisumov, knee to the body and takedown attempt by Patrick. Taisumov threatens a guillotine, gets out, and lands a body kick. Patrick tries a wheel kick. Counter right from Beckan. Two minutes to go.

Patrick shoots in, Taisumov easily avoids it. Another counter right by the Chechen. Body kick lands. Rolling Thunder falls well short for Patrick. One minute to go. Body kick fro the Brazilian. Patrick tries to shoot in, gets shoved off. Nice left uppercut by Beckan. Patrick tries a spinning backfist as he approaches. 10--9 Taisumov.

Round 2: High kick from Taisumov. Patrick lands a pair of left hands as he presses forward, still can't get the takedown. Body kick from Taisumov. Hard counter right. Low kick connects. One minute in. Patrick shoots in, fails, and gets dropped by a head kick while trying to back away. Taisumov looking to pound him out and does so. Nice work by Taisumov.

Final result: Taisumov def. Patrick by TKO (head kick and punches)

145 lbs.: Alan Omer vs. Arnold Allen

Round 1: Omer on the front foot early. Lead right lands for him. He lands a right, eats a check hook. Very aggressive early on. Allen catches a body kick, can't land after dropping it. One minute in. Omer barrels into the plum, lands a right hand.Allen tries to rush. Lead right by Omer. Again. Counter 1-2 from Allen, Omer body shot. Two minutes in. Allen finding some success with counters. Starting to press forward. Counter right as Omer runs in. Omer with a knee, Allen fires off a flurry to back him off. Two minutes to go.

Omer low kick, next one checked. Another lead right from Omer. 1-1-2 by Allen, who tries to open up near the fence. Omer firing back, gets taken down on the fence but immediately threatens a triangle. One minute to go. Omer landing hammerfists and short elbows form his back. He loses the triangle and takes some ground-and-pound before the bell. 10-9 Omer.

Round 2: Allen checks a low kick. Right hand by Omer, who grabs the bodylock and takes him down into half guard. Allen looks for a Kimura, Omer gets his arm out. Allen tries to turn into a single-leg, but Omer limp-legs out and they stand. Low single attempt by Omer, no dice. 1-2 by Omer, right elbow by Allen on the counter. Another lead right from Omer. Lead left and uppercut by Allen as he ties him up on the fence. Two minutes in. Omer gets double underhooks and walks him to another part of the fence. Knee to the body. Nice trip by Allen, Omer defends with the whizzer but gets his back taken. Omer slips out and takes the back himself. Two minutes to go.

Omer looking to insert a hook on the standing Allen, does so. Allen shrugs him off and presses him against the cage. One minute to go. Allen tries to change levels and Omer sprawls on him. Back to their feet, Omer on the outside on the fence. Changes levels, can't get anything. Hard elbow by the Kurd. Bell, 10-9.

Round 3: Allen on the front foot now. Omer tries to tie up, can't do so. Lead right lands and he takes him to the fence with a bodylock. Allen gets over-unders, gets taken down onto his rear. One minute in. Allen trying to turn into him, eating shots. Allen playing the game as he stands, so Omer knees the body. Out of nowhere, Allen latches onto a power guillotine and wrangles Omer to the mat, where he quickly taps. Impressive upset by the young Englishman.

Final result: Allen def. Omer by submission (guillotine choke)

145 lbs.: Niklas Backstrom vs. Noad Lahat

Round 1: Backstrom on the front foot early. Body kick blocked. Brazilian kick falls short. Lahat times a knee and takes the Swede down. Lahat active with strikes from his back. One minute in. Lahat passes to half guard, Backstrom regains and works with an overhook.  Gogoplata attempt from Backstrom. Lahat gets out, so Backstrom switches to an omoplata and sweeps into top position. Two minutes in. Lahat scooting towards the fence. Backstrom takes the back and locks up the body triangle. Two minutes to go.

Backstrom has his arm on Lahat's chin, not under. Lahat defending well. One minute to go. Backstrom still fighting for the choke. Lahat tries to roll and Backstrom snatches an armbar. Backstrom rolls him over, but can't break his grip before the bell. 10-9 Backstrom.

Round 2: Low kick from Lahat. Counter right lands for Lahat, then a flurry as Backstrom looks for the Thai plum. Backstrom leaps in with a knee, directly into some more counters that open a cut. Backstrom presses him against the fence, Lahat circles out. One minute in. 2-3 by Lahat, who stuffs a double-leg. Lahat hits him on the way up. Body kick lands. Backstrom gets the plum and takes him to the fence. Trip attempt from Lahat, punches connects. Two minutes in. Great dirty boxing from Lahat. Backstrom is tired. Lahat mauling him inside with punches and elbows. Backstrom shoots, Lahat tries to roll through but winds up on his seat. Two minutes to go.

Lahat takes top position and hops right into mount. S-mount for Lahat. Ground-and-pund, hard elbows and punches. Lahat goes for the armbar, Backstrom gets out but can't take top position. North-south attempt by the Israeli. One minute to go. Lahat drops it and goes back to dropping heavy shots. Mount for Lahat. Backstrom turns for a leg, keeps getting beaten up. Lahat stands over him and kicks at his legs. Bell. 10-8 Lahat.

Round 3: Low kick by Lahat to open the round. Overhand right from Backstrom. Hard lead right from Lahat, then an attempted throw that leaves him in the turtle position. One minute in. Lahat scrambles up. Left hook by the Swede. Knee to the body. Backstrom changes levels and brings him down on he fence. Elbows by Lahat. Two minutes in. Backstrom gets him to his back in open guard. Lahat rolls him into mount and they scramble up. Backstrom on the outside on the fence and looks to take the back as they hit the ground. Two minutes to go.

Lahat threatening a leg and manages to take top position. Backstrom kicks him off and shoots in. Lahat on his rear against the cage.One minute to go. Now Backstrom forces him down into half-butterfly guard. Backstrom takes his back with the body triangle in the last seconds. 10-9 Backstrom.

Final result: Lahat def. Backstrom by majority decision

185 lbs.: Scott Askham vs. Antonio dos Santos Jr.

Round 1: dos Santos circling around the southpaw Askham. Both open with low kicks. Askham slips on a head kick and the Brazilian charges after him, winging punches. He ties up on the fence and tries a single-leg. One minute in. Askham defending with over-unders. Elbow from dos Santos. They separate. Low kick from dos Santos. Hard left hook and right hand in a big flurry. Askham tries a trip on the fence, dos Santos defends with the whizzer. Again, they split. Body kick by the Englishman. Low kick met by a counter left hook. MASSIVE left uppercut drops dos Santos. The Brazilian looks like he's out, but manages to shoot in. He gets up but he's still wobbled and a nasty knee from the plum puts dos Santos out.

Final result: Askham def. dos Santos by TKO (punches and knees)

155 lbs.: Piotr Hallmann vs. Magomed Mustafaev

Round 1: Hallmann counters a body kick with a 1-2. Good exchange inside and Mustafaev takes him to the fence. Right on the exit from Mustafaev. He slips on a low kick and Hallmann takes top position, only for the Dagestani to stand up immediately. Hallmann pressing him against the fence. One minute in. Mustafaev reverses and changes levels. Nice right on the exit. teep from Hallmann. Counter right from Mustafaev and he ties up. He looks like the bigger hitter of the two. Hallmann reverses. Two minutes in. Knees form Hallmann. Good foot sweep by the Dagestani. Spinning back kick lands, as does a flying knee. Low kick exchange. Body kick from Mustafaev, Hallman shoves him down and takes top position. Two minutes to go.

Hallmann landing some good ground-and-pound from guard. Mustafaev attempts an armbar. Hallmann looking to posture up and continues punching. One minute to go. Mustafaev trying to control his posture. Another good elbow before the bell. 10-9 Hallmann.

Round 2: Hallmann pressing forward. Right hand from Mustafaev. Hallmann landing some low kicks, eats one of his own. Another hard right by the Dagestani, then a spinning backfist. Hallmann grabs the rear waistlock Mustafaev looking for a Kimura, gets tripped down. He lets it go and stands, pressing Hallmann against the fence. Nice right hand and elbow after threatening a single-leg. Hallmann looking for knees, eating some good punches and elbows. Two minutes in. Hallmann reverses on the fence. Hallmann changes levels, can't get it. They separate and Hallmann is bleeding badly. Heavy punches from Mustafaev. Two minutes to go.

Hallmann presses him against the fence again. The referee pauses the fight to take a look at Hallmann's eye; it's in a real bad spot, right on the eyebrow. The doctor agrees and this one is over.

Final result: Mustafaev def. Hallmann by TKO (cut)

135 lbs.: Taylor Lapilus vs. Yuta Sasaki

Round 1: Sasaki opening up with inside low kicks, circling as Lapilus advances. He shoots in, transitions to the bodylock, and takes Lapilus down against the fence. The Frenchman pops back up, still tied up. One minute in. Lapilus landing knees to the thigh, jockeying for position. Sasaki tries a trip, can't complete it. Lapilus reverses on the fence, lands an elbow and some knees before stopping a trip. Two minutes in. They separate. Front kick and more inside low kicks from Ulka. Lapilus catches a low kick and they tie up on the fence. Two minutes to go.

More knees to the thigh from Lapilus. Sasaki shoves him off with double underhooks. Taylor lands some good punches inside as they tie up. Hard elbow from the Frenchman. Powerful dirty boxing before they separate. Forty seconds left. Lapilus stuffs a takedown. 1-1-2 lands for him. Knee to the body as he ties up. Spinning elbow lands for him. 10-9 Lapilus.

Round 2: Sasaki circling again, giving up ground. More low kicks. Body kick by the Frenchman. Sasaki tries a long-range single-leg, can't get it. One minute in. Nice straight left and another by Lapilus that drops Sasaki. Sasaki covers up and this one's over.

Final result: Lapilus def Sasaki by TKO (punches)
