What was that ... something about karma?
After having a few laughs at the expense of the injured Khabib Nurmagomedov, former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight champion Anthony Pettis has been injured (yet again) and forced to withdraw from his upcoming fight this summer.
Speaking of laughs...

Pettis injured his elbow and will be forced to go under the knife early next week, which opened the door for Edson Barboza to take his place against Myles Jury. They'll do the deed at the upcoming UFC on FOX 16 mixed martial arts (MMA) event on July 25 in Chicago, Illinois.
There is no timetable for "Showtime's" return, but if it's in the neighborhood of October 2015, then perhaps a grudge match with the aforementioned "Eagle" is in order.
If they can both stay healthy.
