Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) women's bantamweight titleholder Ronda Rousey has been incredibly busy doing media for her new book, appearances for the Entourage movie, and risque photo shoots, but Rolling Stone wants to remind mixed martial arts (MMA) fans that "Rowdy" is still 100 percent committed to her craft.
For someone recently deemed the "most dominant athlete alive," Rousey definitely has lofty expectations to live up to, even if her last two fights lasted 30 seconds combined.
That's why the UFC champ showed off her chops by beating the crap out a punching bag and Edmond Tarverdyan's hands for our pleasure!
Check out Rousey's swift hands in the video above.
Think "Rowdy" had UFC 190 opponent Bethe Correia on her mind during her workout?
The UFC's queen will defend her title against "Pitbull" on August 1, 2015, live on pay-per-view (PPV) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and if the trash talk leading up to the fight is any indication of the actual battle, fight fans should be in for a war.
