Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) featherweight No. 1 contender, Conor McGregor, is getting some inspiration in the unlikeliest of places as he gears up for his UFC 189 pay-per-view (PPV) title fight against Jose Aldo, set for MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, on July 11, 2015.
64-year-old Irishman and mixed martial arts (MMA) super fan Willy O'Toole, who is probably more stacked and jacked than most dudebros half his age (must be all that spinach cabbage).
Take a look:
Not long after O'Toole posted his video, which "went viral" or whatever the kids are calling it these days, McGregor responded, accepting his countryman's muscle-up challenge and conceding defeat after failing to execute the smooth technique displayed in the original video.
See for yourself:
Stay tuned next week as Jose Aldo tries to score a soccer goal on a 74-year-old goalie, just to have the last laugh.
