New UFC champion Daniel Cormier sends a message to Jon Jones: 'Get your sh*t together!'

OH S--T!!!

Newly minted Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight kingpin Daniel Cormier may have beat down and choked out Anthony Johnson in the main event of the UFC 187 pay-per-view (PPV) last night (Sat., May 23, 2015) live from the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, but his post-fight speech was definitely the highlight of the night.

"DC" took the mic from Joe Rogan, apologized in advance for his language, and called out his embroiled nemesis, Jon Jones.

"Jon Jones, get your shit together. I'm waiting for you."

Epic.

Cormier may have cut the best UFC promo -- which you can watch in the Vine above courtesy of Tim Burke -- since Chael Sonnen told Anderson Silva "you absolutely suck," way back in 2011.

The Olympian stepped up to replace the recently stripped champion at UFC 187 after Jones was arrested following a hit-and-run accident last month in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The victory last evening came only four months after Cormier lost to the former champ in a highly anticipated battle at UFC 182. With a rivalry that included a now infamous brawl, historic amounts of trash talk, but otherwise a relatively uncompetitive fight, Cormier stirred up the pot once again in "Sin City."

While Jones could be facing up to three years in prison according to some legal analysts, the more likely scenario is that "Bones" makes a return either later this year or in 2016 after his legal troubles are assuaged.

With Dana White noting Jones could get an immediate title shot upon his return, Cormier laid out the narrative perfectly for UFC brass in order to exact his revenge, while getting paid handsomely to do so.

Well done "DC."
