It's safe to say that Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao would not be where they are right now, days away from the biggest boxing blockbuster of the 21st century, without two influential men:
Floyd Mayweather Sr. and Freddie Roach.
While "Money" has had a volatile relationship with his father throughout most of his illustrious career -- often estranged and not on speaking terms -- the stubborn pair reunited in 2013 and haven't looked back since.
Pacquiao, meanwhile, has been with Roach since his stateside debut against Lehlohonolo Ledwaba in 2001, entrusting his career and livelihood with a man he considers more like family than just a great boxing trainer.
So, with Mayweather and Pacquiao now on a collision course to battle this Saturday night (May 2, 2015) inside MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, the two men held court today with members of the media to talk about their respective fighters, camps and, of course, personal histories.
