Two days left.
The super fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao, for which MMAmania.com will deliver LIVE coverage, starting with the pay-per-view (PPV) broadcast at 9 p.m. ET this Saturday (May 2, 2105), is fast approaching, with anticipation rising to a fever pitch.
Showtime is doing its part to fan the promotional flames, releasing the third episode of its four-part "Inside Mayweather vs. Pacquiao" series. To watch episode one and two click here and here.
The first half of the episode -- aside from the customary look into Mayweather's training camp -- concerns the duo's three mutual opponents: Juan Manuel Marquez, Shane Mosley, and Ricky Hatton. All three have plenty of praise for the combatants and, after discussing their losses, give their predictions.
Marquez picks Mayweather, pointing out that Pacquiao will still have the Mexican great's right hand on his mind. Hatton also picks "Money," but concedes that if anyone has the style to take him out, it's the Filipino. Mosley abstains from picking a winner.
Next up, we take a look at Mayweather's family. We get to hear about how he met his current wife in a nightclub, introducing himself as "Shaheed" to "be sure she was paying attention."
That's not creepy at all.
The rest is Mayweather's training camp and preparations for the party his house will host on fight night. He mentions his "two more fights" pledge we reported on yesterday, revealing that he had actually made that decision shortly after the Pacquiao match up was announced.
And, finally, Mayweather calls out the hypocrisy of those criticizing him for not trash talking in a rather observant moment.
