Will Quinton Jackson be able to fight Fabio Maldonado at UFC 186?

We'll find out next Tuesday, after the court decided to postpone its decision on whether or not it would grant Bellator MMA an injunction against Jackson, according to MMA Fighting. "Rampage" walked out on his contract with the Viacom-owned promotion in late 2014, after he claims it failed to hold up its end of the bargain.

Bellator, naturally, insists it was Jackson who was in breach.

Until the courts can sort through this mess, Bellator wanted to keep "Rampage" on the bench, but Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) wasn't interested in playing the waiting game, quickly re-signing him and setting up a 205-pound slugfest opposite "The Iron Hillbilly."

For now, that fight is scheduled to go down in the UFC 186 co-main event on Sat., April 25, 2015, live on pay-per-view (PPV) from inside the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Tick-tock, tick-tock.
