As difficult a task as it may have been, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) went to the vault, reviewed the archives and managed to come up with the top five fights in the promotion's 22-year history.
And the world's largest mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion unveiled the final results during the one-hour special, "UFC Top 5 Greatest Fights," on FOX Sports 1 for your viewing pleasure. The footage also included commentary and feedback by the fighters involved, as well as their colleagues giving their views of the classic battles.

5. Dan Henderson vs. Mauricio Rua at UFC at UFC 139 on Nov. 19, 2011: Henderson wins via split decision.
4. Frankie Edgar vs. Gray Maynard 2 at UFC 125 on Jan. 11, 2011: Ends in a draw.
3. Jose Aldo vs. Chad Mendes 2 at UFC 179 on Oct. 25, 2014: Aldo wins via unanimous decision
2. Mark Hunt vs. Antonio Silva at UFC Fight Night UFC Fight Night 33 on Dec. 7, 2013: Ends in a draw.

Hard to argue with this list.
