Full Metal Dojo 5: 'Made for Thailand' confirmed for May 9 in Bangkok

Thailand's top mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion, Full Metal Dojo (FMD), returns on May 9th with a card consisting of three amateur tournaments. All of which will be settled in one night and involve four fighters from different regions of Thailand with some big prize money on the line for the winners.

The tournaments will take place in the 125, 135 and 145-pound divisions and will all feature fighters from the Central Region, South, North and North East. The show title, FMD 5: "Made in Thailand," will take place at Live House Studios in Bangkok, a venue which is rapidly becoming the organization's home.

FMD was founded less than a year ago by longterm expat Jon Nutt, who has already put on two cards in Phuket and two in Bangkok. All of which have featured fighters from many of Thailand's most prominent camps like Tiger Muay Thai, Team Quest, and American Kickboxing Academy (AKA).

As well as the three amateur tournaments, FMD 5 will also feature two "super fights" which will be fought under the regular professional rule set. For more information visit: www.fullmetaldojo.com.
