UFC 184 results, recap, and wrap up: Ronda Rousey dominates, finishes Cat Zingano in 16 seconds

Wrapping up the UFC 184 weekend with quick links to all the major storylines.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) closed out the month of February with an utterly outstanding UFC 184: "Rousey vs. Zingano" pay-per-view (PPV) event from inside the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California on Feb. 28, 2015.

Even though the card was crippled to its metaphoric knees by injuries to Chris WeidmanRonaldo Souza, and others in the weeks leading up, UFC women's bantamweight champ Ronda Rousey's impeccable 16 second submission win over Cat Zingano -- alongside several other exciting finishes -- made the PPV main card a memorable one for mixed martial arts (MMA) fans.

As for the rest of the card?

It was a strange set of "Prelims" as UFC 184 kicked off with two sloppy bouts on UFC Fight Pass, before the violence got going on FOX Sports 1 when both Derrick Lewis and Tim Means earned vicious (technical) knockout victories. Unfortunately, the return of japanese MMA legend "Kid" Yamamoto was spoiled when an inadvertent eye poke caused his fight with Roman Salazar to be stopped and declared a no-contest, but Roan Carneiro's electric rear-naked choke over Mark Munoz in the "Prelims" main event got the momentum going once again.
