UFC 185 Carla Esparza vs. Joanna Jedrzejczyk full fight video preview

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Women's Strawweight Champion Carla Esparza will make her first-ever title defense against Joanna Jedrzejczyk in the co-main event of UFC 185, which takes place later tonight (Sat., March 14, 2015) inside American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.

Esparza scored wins over Angela Hill, Tecia Torres, and Jessica Penne to punch her ticket to The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 20 Finale opposite Rose Namajunas. "Cookie Monster" chomped and stomped "Thug Rose" en route to a dominant third round submission to claim the crown last December.

One and done?

She'll definitely have her work cut out for her against the undefeated Polish prospect. Jedrzejczyk followed up her Octagon debut -- a unanimous decision victory over Juliana Lima at UFC on FOX 12 in July 2014 -- with a huge upset win over the heavily-favored Claudia Gadelha at UFC on FOX 13.
