Anthony Pettis vs Rafael dos Anjos staredown pic, video from UFC 185 weigh ins

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) held its UFC 185 weigh-in event earlier today for the "Pettis vs. Dos Anjos" pay-per-view (PPV) event, which takes place this Saturday night (March 14, 2015) inside American Airlines Arena in Dallas, Texas.

That's where UFC lightweight champion Anthony Pettis, along with division No. 1 contender Rafael dos Anjos, came face-to-face in anticipation of this weekend's big shebang (see above). "Showtime" will put his 155-pound strap on the line against the hungry Brazilian in what amounts to his second straight title defense.

That's not all.

Carla Esparza will defend her strawweight title for the first time against Polish import Joanna Jedrzejczyk. "Cookie Monster" was able to survive the gauntlet as part of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 20 and wants to prove her finale-winning submission over Rose Namajunas was no fluke.

Of course, the PPV main card also features a phenomenal welterweight scrap between former 170-pound champion, Johny Hendricks, taking on top-ranked contender Matt Brown, as well as a clash of hard-hitting heavyweights Alistair Overeem and Roy Nelson.
